The duration of the works depends on the size of the property, the complexity of the works and the technical requirements. Following an on-site survey, we draw up a detailed schedule, giving you an accurate idea of the expected completion time.
2. Do you only undertake full-scale refurbishments?
No. As well as full-scale renovations, we also undertake smaller-scale modernisation and refurbishment projects, such as bathroom and kitchen renovations, tiling, painting, plasterboard work and the fitting of doors and windows.
3. Do you help with planning the renovation?
Yes. During the free on-site survey, we’ll assess the condition of the property, discuss your ideas, and recommend the most suitable technical solutions.
4. Do they help with choosing building materials?
Yes. If required, we can also provide expert advice on the selection of floor and wall coverings, bathroom fittings, doors and windows, and other materials to be fitted.
5. How long does it take to prepare a quotation?
Following a free on-site survey, we will usually prepare a detailed, bespoke quotation within 72 hours.
